Backers of a massive construction project in Oklahoma City’s Bricktown are still working to settle real estate and financial deals for the 1-point 6-billion-dollar project. The original schedule for construction called for land clearing to have already begun. If it is built, the development would include the nation’s tallest building, two residential towers, and commercial space.
