A warning to Idabel residents with any breathing problems following a massive fire at the Red River Mixing Plant. Smoke plumes filled the air in the McCurtain County town Sunday as the rubber manufacturing plant burned. Officials advised residents, especially those with breathing issues, to stay inside and close their winders and doors because of the fumes from the plant.
