OK Energy Today reports that Recurrent Energy, a Canadian firm, plans to build the 112-million-dollar solar farm in Kiowa County near the Quartz Mountain State Park and the county seat of Hobart. The solar farm should be operational by June of 2024. During construction, an estimated 2050 temporary local jobs will be created, and once the farm becomes operational, three full-time employees will be needed.
