state grant could improve guymon's water woes!

Guymon residents are well versed in water woes. Water shortages are a rising concern for the entire Panhandle. Guymon City Manager Michael Shannon says the city is going to drill wells thanks to a 30-million-dollar grant. Shannon hopes the exploration project will be complete with water flowing by August of 2026.
