State Supreme court rules against religious virtual school!

In a 7 to 1 ruling, the Oklahoma Supreme Court has rejected claims that it is constitutional for a private religious charter school to be supported by tax dollars.  Dr. Lori Walke is a pastor who was directly involved in the case says it went against what Oklahomans believe. The high court also ordered the Virtual Charter School Board to rescind their decision allowing the school to go into business.  An appeal is expected.
