When asked about the state grand jury indictment involving Swadley’s Bar-B-Q allegedly overcharging the state tourism department, Governor Stitt did not want to talk specifics.
“We hold vendors accountable in the state of Oklahoma,” Stitt said.
Three defendants were named in the indictment, including owner, Brent Swadley.
