The owner of Swadley’s BBQ is speaking out about the fraud charges he’s facing, and an ongoing investigation connected to Swadley’s Foggy Bottom Kitchen created for the Oklahoma Tourism Department. In a three-page letter released to the public Brent Swadley says the accusations against him are false and politically motivated. State Attorney General Gentner Drummond responded to the letter saying Swadley will have his day in court, but his office will prosecute anyone that defrauds the state.
