The Osage nation completes a land transfer

Over 41-thousand acres of Oklahoma is now in the hands of a federal trust.  The largest such transfer of land owned by the Osage nation, ever moved from tribal ownership to the federal government.  The transfer ensures the land can never be sold off or leased and will remain in the control of tribal government, exempt from state laws.
