Logan County Sheriff Deputies discovered thirty cats locked in cages and abandoned on the side of the street. They range in age from adult to newborn. Three people have been arrested on animal cruelty charges. The cats are in the hands of the non-profit, Paws and Claws, which hopes to get them veterinarian care and put them up for adoption by next week.
