The biggest free event in Oklahoma takes off from Tinker Air Force Base next month. The Tinker Air Show returns July 1st and 2nd to Oklahoma City after a four-year absence. Community partnership liaison Chris Mueller said he expects tens of thousands of people to attend.
“We are looking at 160,000 to maybe as many as 180,000 people to attend this show on site,” Mueller said.
Mueller said thousands more people will watch the show from off the base from parks, backyards, and roadsides.
