Toddler food sold at national chain stores is under recall

Major recall is underway on toddler food sold at Sam’s Club, Amazon, and Dollar Tree. The recall involves a product called WanaBana apple cinnamon fruit puree pouches.

Tests on several pouches found high levels of lead.
