tulsa contractor faces 17 embezzlement charges

A Tulsa-area contractor faces 17 embezzlement charges following an investigation by Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Unit. Todd Briggs, who operated Oasis Pools, is accused of taking more than a million dollars from customers for construction that he never completed.  Briggs informed customers last year he was filing for bankruptcy after receiving substantial payments from several of them.  If you’ve been a victim of contractor fraud to contact the A-G’s office.
