Recently a judge dismissed a lawsuit seeking reparations for the remaining survivors of the Tulsa Race Massacre. The attorneys for the last known survivors filed an appeal asking the state supreme court to reverse a decision they saw to be unlawful.

In the lawsuit, the three remaining survivors argued the damage inflicted during the massacre was “a public nuisance,” and they are seeking relief.
