Tulsa’s mayor sends letter to leaders of the state’s largest school district

G.T. Bynum sent a letter to the Tulsa Public School Board, asking that they hire Ebony Johnson as the permanent Superintendent of the district. Bynum's letter comes as TPS leadership continues to face pressure from current state Superintendent Ryan Walters and his colleagues on the state board of education.
