Out of 150 cities in this year’s U.S. News and World Reports’ best places to live, Oklahoma’s two largest cities are included. Oklahoma City is ranked 16th. Housing values, quality of life and the people get the credit for the city’s high score. Tulsa came in 76th with culture and again the warmth of its people making high scores.
